What Causes Sleepiness And Stomach Upset?
Hello Dr, I am 30 year old man, since a year I was having upset stomach(before that I used to have problem of constipation), feeling drowsy (almost feeling sleepy entire day)entire day which lowered my productivity to almost zero, Acidity. And hence I consulted with gastroentologist who prescribed me Razo 20(1-0-0), Rifagut 200(1-0-1) and Laxovel SF(before sleep) and IBSET(before breakfast) FOR 14 days, Now the problem is that as long as I took medicine I felt relieved but as soon as the dosage of medicine stop symptoms start to resurface hence again I consulted same Doctor and he asked me to continue Razo 20, Rifagut 200 and Laxovel SF for a month. After completion of one month course I felt relieved for another full month but after that symptoms have again resurfaced and am out of station another gastroentologist ( recommend by my previous Doctor pre cribe me two new drugs in addition to Razo 20, Rifagut 200, Laxovel SF, viz Providac(1-0-1) and Normaxin(0-0-1) for 5 and 7 days respectively. Can I get Reed of this sleepiness altogether it is hindering my performance in my work and lowering my confidence.

As per my surgical experience, I predict possible thyroid hormone imbalance as hypothyroidism, intestine peristalsis hampering as gastroparesis or others (like diabetes), digestive enzyme issues as chronic pancreas disorders or else.
A systemic approach with basic lab tests of liver function, stool microscopy, ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis with colonoscopy are must to be enrolled on hand during your next scheduled visit with your doc and if the same have been carried out, kindly share the reports with me as soon as possible.
