What Causes Sleepiness And Dizziness While On Combigan For Glaucoma?

I am taking Combigan for glaucoma brought on by surgery for a torn retina and subsequent use of prednisone.I cannot function using these drops, the sleepiness, tiredned, dizziness keep me from many activities, especially substitute teaching. Any alternatives?

combigan is very essential for treatment of glaucoma.there are other drugs like carbonic anhydrase inhibitors or alpha agonists which doesnt cause side effects of tiredness,dizziness etc.
