Hello, I am 34 yrs. I exercise daily. A year ago I got dehydrated I think and I felt my heart skip some beats. I was really nearvous but I had felt it before a few years back. A few years ago the doctor told me that it was normal and that because I exercised so much I would be more aware of when the heart skipping. ECG came back normal PVCs. Now it s been going on for about a year. I ve been super anxious about it even though I ve had 2 ECGs and a 48 hr holter monitor and blood tests. All came back normal. Except for cholesterol 250 and very low testosterone. I am6 2 250lb. BP 140/85. RHR 60bpm. Heart doesn t change rate fast or slow after skips. Just like it misses a beat then a flutter feeling and tickle in throat. Could my BP have anything to do with the skips. Doctor prescribe me testosterone to get my levels normal (mine were 120). I ll usually notice them when resting or right after a workout. I don t get super dizzy but a little light headed but think it s in my head. Should I be concerned? More opinions? I just don t want to be wasting money getting tests because I m parinoid that I m going to have a heart attack or missing something. Ive made a goal to get my weight down to 210 and been eating way better. Cut alcohol way back, don t smoke.
