What Causes Skin Rash On The Neck, Swollen Lymph Nodes And Tiredness?

I have a slight skin rash on my neck and I am ver tired. My lymph nodes are only slightly swollen. No sore throat. I had a sinus infection 2weeks ago. I am a female 61 years old. I have some sore muscles in my back but I think that is caused by heavy weight training at the gym four days this week.

I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your history is concerned please check :-
1)Do CBC with differential and [viral,bacterial and parasitic infection will be ruled out]
in blood report if due to virus then no medication is required but if it is due to lymphatic filariasis take full course of [DEC] which is very common in india
For skin rash use [ calamine lotion 3 times per day]
