What Causes Skin Burn Upon Using Vusion Ointment For Fungal Infection?

I am being treated for fungal infection in the groin. I was using Vusion ointment that seemed to burn the skin and at the same time small holes appeared in the left groin. I was prescribed a new topical treatment, hot compresses and oral antibiotics. I see my dermatologist on 7/23

I think this can be a viral infection rather than bacterial or fungal infection.
I believe it can be herpes 2 according to your symptoms.
It would be better if you attach a photo of the rash in reports for me to see the conditions of your skin.
