Hello,

It may be due to viral infection or sinusitis or allergy. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. Use tablet levocetirizine twice a day for five days.

Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. If symptoms have not improved, please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
