What Causes Shoulder Pain Along With Elevated Blood Pressure Levels?
Went to the doctor today for unusual muscle pain in my shoulder only to find another problem my blood pressure was crazy high. He raised my meds. I m very concerned,checking my blood pressure this evening 206/92 I m afraid,should I be checked out further? YYYY@YYYY Thank you Dan K.

I understand your concern.
When there is considerably high blood pressure with pain in left shoulder, it's mandatory to get a detailed cardiac arrest. Check up another relevant investigations to know exclude/confirm possibility heart involvement and start with needful treatment with blood pressure control and change in life style .
Make it more cardio vascular friendly (exercises,diet, pranayam, meditation)
