General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms may be due to anxiety or depression mainly. To some extent the symptoms may be related to acidity also. An antacid like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole may help in relieving the symptoms of acidity. Some anxiolytic and/or anti-depressive drug will help you in resolving your symptoms. If symptoms persist, you are advised to consult a psychiatrist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
