What Causes Shortness Of Breath?

I have shortness of breath walking long disrtance my chest seems to expand when lifting or squatting or standing I get vertigo and have passed out twice I feel dizziness shortness of breath to the point I cant catch it and wake up remembering going out eyes stay open 20 seconds to 45 then jump up panicked my feet and ankles have been swelling and always cold with numbness in toes almost feel frozen like

Well come to HCM
You have not stated your age and gender here this was very much needed as long as your symptoms and history are concern, first of all CT brain and EKG is must this would rule out the possibility of cerebral and cardiac disease, second this could be late onset of epilepsy, may be endocrine problem, in short over all case need investigation and clinical examination too, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
