What Causes Shortness Of Breath With Urge To Urinate On Exertion?
I currently have sudden shortness of breath w uncontrolled immediate urge to urinate, when under any moderate physical exertion, sometimes even when walking. I currently utilize a prescribed combivent inhaler,but obtain no lasting releif. What is wrong?

Based on the history you have shared, if shortness of breath persist may need evaluation on chest X-ray and pulmonary function tests for evaluation of exertion related shortness of breath. However for incontinence or increased frequency urinalysis and ultrasound KUB may be needed as well.
