What Causes Shortness Of Breath When At A Higher Altitude Location?
Hello, recently I went a couple days ago I went to a place with high altitude. When I was there I experienced more-than-normal shortness of breath and fast heart beat. Now I am home and I am experiencing pounding heartbeat and fast heartbeat with simple tasks. Is this normal? What should I do? Is their anything I can do?

In anemia patient such presentation can occur
For that check your HB estimation
If anemia present treated accordingly with ferrous sulphate tablets
If anemia not present investigate cardiac causes by blood pressure measurement and EKG....
According to cause specific treatment given
