What Causes Shortness Of Breath In Tuberculosis Patients?

I had completed the 9 months of treatment for tuberculosis plueral effusion. I am suffering from shortness of breath when my nose blocked. Went for an ENT specialist, nose allergy only. What cause shortness of breath? My condition is worse when the nose blocked. Xray shows lungs ok, no problem. Please help

I can understand situation and problem.
Bronchitis is very common after lung infection like tuberculosis.
And most common symptom of bronchitis is shortness of breath.
So in your case, we should first rule out bronchitis.
So consult pulmonologist and get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
If this shows obstructive airway defect than you require inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Quit smoking if you are smoker. Do regular chest physiotherapy and deep breathing exercises. All these will improve your shortness of breath.
