What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Elevated Blood Pressure Levels?

hello I m 53 yrs old sometimes I felt shortage of air breathing, last time I got ma highblood pressure reaching 190/120 I rushed to the hospital cause I Got shortage of breathing again then the doctor performed an ECG then after I saw the result printed I have a lateral ischemia. was it alarming me to have a heart attact again? because 2006 I got already a heart attack

Sorry to hear of the trouble you had. In fact having a heart attack is concerning even if first attack. A second d attacked must be taken seriously and this may indicate that the risk factors were not well controlled. As your BP was still very high. I think you should stick hardly to the advice of a cardiologist to avoid such events in future as that can be serious.
