General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would recommend you to have a chest x-ray and lung function tests (spirometry). Sometimes the lungs may sound normal but this does not rule out problems with the lungs.
You may also need to have some blood tests such as CBC, ERS, TSH, FT4, basic metabolic profile (lipids, sugar level, creatinine and electrolytes and ALT, AST, Bilirubune).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
