General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Bright yellow urine with constipation and uneasiness may be in relation with hepatic dysfunction or other digestive disorders giving secondary manifestations of short breath and palpitation.

I would like to study the details of all reports done at the ER for a further follow-up conversation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
