What Causes Short Term Memory Loss Along With Fatigue?

Good day I would like to find out about something that has been bugging me for quite some time, I am 25 years old, my memory seems to be off, for example I miss place things seconds to minutes later I have to idea where I placed it, over the last year or two years I feel drained of my energy, and although I get scared or so there is no adrenalin, it feels like I have no strength at some point.

Hello,

Anxiety or depression or alcohol intake or smoking or head trauma or thiamin or b12deficincy etc may present like short-term memory loss.

I think you may be suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome. Do regular exercise and avoid smoking and alcohol intake. Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits.

Use tablet B complex once a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
