What Causes Shock Sensations In Arms Post Citalopram Withdrawal?

I stopped taking citalopram about 10 days ago and I'm not sure if it's related, but... 7 days ago I started getting non-painful "shocks" down one or both of my arms or legs, originating at the back of my neck. These pulses are most prominent when I turn my head or eyes to the left or to the right. I have never passed out or fainted but the "shocking" sensation is what I imagine passing out to feel like.

Is there anything you recommend to treat or diagnose this issue? Is it just a withdrawal that will pass with time?
