Get CBC with WBC done. Get urinalysis, C-reactive protein (CRP), auto-antibody tests, ANA tests done. Your treatment will depend on the pathology diagnosed and the severity of the symptoms through which you are going through. You can take NSAIDs, Naproxen, one stat after food to get rid of pain.
