What Causes Sharp Pain In Upper Abdomen Radiating To Pelvis?

Hi, I am a 51 yr old female, not intimately active for four yrs (rules out Preg, and Pelvic infection) I have pain that goes across the top of my abdo, and gets very sharp on the rt side just under the ribs. Then the pain wraps the flank then runs down the right side, and across the bottom of the pelvis. Feels so painful like being kicked....

Hi,

The pain is typical of ureteric colic that is the stone or some concretions in the ureters. To avoid that you need to drink a lot of water and NSAIDs like ibuprofen. Get your X-ray for kidney, ureters and bladder be done to visualize the stone.
