What Causes Sharp Pain In The Upper Quadrant After Food?
After dinner last night I had a sharp pain in my upper right quadrant of my stomach. I had a bowel movement and it seem to feel better. My urine went to a greenish/grayish color and the right side still feels tender. This is a very new symptom. What could it be?
The given symptoms could be due to dyspepsia it is indigestion but most of the time it associated with hyperacidity and infection and generally while treating the illness both the infection and hyperacidity being managed altogether, it is the trend, and the drug of choice for this is tablet Metronidazole twice in day for five days and tablet Omeprazole once in day for three weeks, green color stool may be due to less food intake or it may be due to infection (Virus ) and it is nothing to worry, diet may be the cause for the color of stool, color changed of urine if long last or happening all along then it may be infection or contamination of urine due to some chemicals, (Urine needs to be sent for lab test) less water intake may be the cause too.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain
