What Causes Sharp Pain In The Shoulder?
i have a sharp pain in my shoulder and then at times will go down my arm and at times to my hand its on my right shoulder if i lay on it it gets worse i i have been using cream on it seems to help a little i have the pain for 3 weeks i don t remember any injury any ideal what it can be

I think it can be bursitis, inflammation of the bursa of the shoulder arm joint.
You can use anti-inflammatory cream such voltaren but you can also use anti-inflammatory drugs such advil or naproxen for pain and inflammation.
