What Causes Sharp Pain In The Lower Back Region And Legs?
I have a sharp pain that starts on the back side of my leg near buttocks(hip area) and curves around to the front of my calf. Sometimes I feel sharp pain coming up from under my toenails on the same leg. Other problems include a numbness from my shoulder blades down the back of my arms to about my elbow. No shortness of breath and my blood work is all good.

It could be a spine-related problem like a prolapsed disc or nerve compression.
As first line management, you can take analgesics like gabapentin for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a spine surgeon and plan for an MRI scan.
