What Causes Sharp Pain In The Arm Pit And Chest?
I have sharp pains that come from my armpits to my chest..but, not quite to my chest..although I ve been diagnosed with emphysema recently from a chest ct..I do smoke and am also under alot of stress..the pains come and go and it s starting to really concern me. They seemed to have started a couple of weeks after having a skin cancer removed from under my eye. Can t understand any connection and dermatologist said they got all cancer..could be coincidence, but the pains are not muscle pains..more like nerve..

Regarding your symptoms pain in your ampit radiating to your chest previous emphysema and eye cancer with a history of smoking I am suggesting possible conditions :
Lung cancer from metastatis and smoking habit
Emphysema pain
Psychological pain
In view of this please do a chest x-ray serum carcinoembryonic antigen for possible cancer cells
Meanwhile please take tablet Tylenol tablet diclopenac tablet nurofen multivitamin capsules pending the result
