Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) is more.
GERD is common in depression and panic disorder.
Both of these cause laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause the symptoms of Central chest pain.
So proper treatment of depression and panic disorder is needed.
So consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
Start proton pump inhibitors. Avoid stress and tension. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
Drink plenty of fluids orally.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
