Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns...
do u have fever ? is there any cough? are u asthmatic ? or any other allergy ? are u smoker? are u taking medications ? any other co morbidity? any history of TB in past? are u get short of breath during sleep? how many pillows u use during sleep? is there any swelling at ur feet?
Based upon ur history i strongly negate any symptom pointing towards heart attack!!! cheer up , there is nothing wrong with you.
the pain which u have described seems to be muscular in origin. u need to take rest and use acetaminophen to relieve pain. in my opinion you should use alprazolam .5mg daily at night to relieve anxiety.
as far as heart burn is concerned you should take Omeprazole 40 mg daily 20 mins before breakfast for two weeks. try to walk for sometime after dinner...
if still u think you want get consultation then meet your physcian he will guide u through..
Hope your query is addressed adequately
regards
dr saad sultan
