What Causes Sharp Nasal Pain And Sinus Headache?
Hi I ve had a sinus infection for a while and am on antibiotics, but I was just had a question about this sharp pain I m feeling. Randomly something that feels like a bumble will move and pop and the bridge on my nose and then cause an unbelievable amount of pain that almost feels like a headache that also kind of stings.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sharp nasal pain and sinus headache . Well the symptoms you mention in query pointing towards severe sinus infection or traveling of infection through sinuses. I would suggest you to avoid intake of cold beverages and you should avoid excessive bending forward. You should consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis without any delay to prevent the further complication. Doctor may order CT scan and nasal endoscopy and prescribe antibiotics amoxicillin or penicillin at least for 7-10 days. You should do warm saline gargles and take decongestant , drink warm water with one spoon honey in it and nasal saline rinses as well. Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain. For now take steam thrice a day to relieve the congestion.
