Hi im 19 and its been about 2 weeks when I noticed my right breast was having a like jabbing pain in it even when I move a certain way i d feel it and now its getting a little bit worst because I can feel it more ..It feels like a warmth inside ...like something could be possibly moving and its scaring me and I couldn t sleep lastnight at all ..I only got about 3 hours of sleep ..and I will be making an appointment with my doctor shortly
hello, i can understand your concern. it seems like a lump in the breast tissue. since it is solitary(single) and appears to be mobile the lump can be a fibroadenoma of breast commonly known as the breast mouse because of its mobility. this should be confirmed by investigations. i would advise an ultrasound and a mammography off the breast to know the presence of the lump and based on its findings a FNAC (fine needle aspiration cytology) can be done to know the type of cells present in the lump. based on the reports the management can be planned accordingly. a thorough physical assessment of the breasts by a doctor is also advised to look for any enlarged lymph nodes and to know the characteristics of the lump. donot worry majority of the breast lumps in this age group are benign and wouldnt require any surgical intervention. hope i have answered your queries. feel free to ask further queries. thanks for choosing HCM.
