What Causes Sharp Cramp In Stomach And Loose Stools?

Im 32 weeka. I woke up to a very sharp cramp in yhe top of my stomach. I went to yhe bathroom and had very loose stools almoat watery. but the pain didn't go away and I then became nauseated. qhen I wiped there was a yellowish clear stringy discharge from my vagina.

Dear madam,I understand your concern.In my opinion stomach pain along with loose stools go in favour of gastroenteritis.
Check whether you have taken any food from outside or any stored cooked non Veg
food.
Dont worry consult doctor as you might need a course of antibiotics.And it will subside.
Yellowish stringy vaginal discharge may be due to vaginal infection and is not related to stomach cramps and loose stools.
But get an examination done for vaginal discharge also as if infection is present it might require treatment before term to prevent complications like preterm labour and spreading of infection to baby while delivery.
