What Causes Shaking Uncontrollably And Throwing Up?

I am 16 years old, When I am around the boy I like , I always feel sick. I start to shake uncontrollably , my hands go all sweaty , I feel so sick to which is gets to the point of me throwing up , without fail and I feel very worried..... I thought it was nerves to start with , but throwing up has got me really worried , and I don t know what to do ?
