What Causes Severely Painful Tingling In Hands While Sleeping?

I am getting very painful tingling in my hands while I sleep. I wake up in such pain, my hands feel hot, they feel enlarged even though they are not, and I have to shake and shake them to lesson the pain. I have suffered with Raynauds years ago, but I smoked at the time. I took Nifedipene then. Is there a supplement I could take that might alleviate this? It wakes me after I ve been sleeping 5 hours, and am in a lighter sleep.

I really appreciate your concern, due to compression of cervical spine region such symptoms happens, try to maintain good posture if the symptoms happens on and often then cervical spine need to be investigated for disk disease, hope this information, take care and have a nice day.
