General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It can be a hematoma or callus. In most cases it will settle by itself. However it will be better to consult an orthopedic and plan for an X-ray.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family physician
