General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Your symptoms are suggestive of uterine pathology. Ultrasound abdomen should be done as an initial investigation. Secondly hip pain radiating to the legs is somewhat suggestive of nerve compression at lumbar vertebrae. Get X-ray Lumbar spine with hip done and consult orthopedic surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
