What Causes Severe Tremors In Hands And Legs?
So I noticed that I have been shaking a lot lately and it s not really some next level uncontrollable shaking. I ve just been shaking way to much and it s mostly my hands and legs that are shaking. I decided to check this out right know because I was sort of put my chin on my hands and rested my elbow on my leg and it started shaking so much that I was actually afraid that something might be wrong
