What Causes Severe Swelling In The Body?
My son is 2 yrs old .2 months before he got high fever after that getting prescribed ibubrufen + paracetamol & azithromycin by doctor.he got cured from fever but getting swelled whole body , reason s was protein discharge in urea upto 4+. Either it is serious problem of kidney or it can be cure Pl suggest me Regards Indra kumar

welcome to hcm ...mr indra kumar ...your child had fever infection and was prescribed antibiotics ...right drugs were prescribed ..but your child developed protienuria proteins in urine and body swelling ...it is not simple ..some children develop blood in urine also ...it means that kidneys have been affected ...please consult a peditrician as soon as possible ...your child will be given steroids and most problems get cured in a few weeks ..but please donot ignore it
