Hello and thank you for asking!

Severe pain in stomach area may be caused from different medical conditions like:
-Peptic ulcer
-Gastro-esophageal reflux
-Pancreatitis
-Esophageal hernia, etc.
Additional tests must be done.
So have a meeting with your doctor to do further examinations and take the proper medication.
Best wishes!
