Hi,
This type of pain could be urinary tract infection if you have burning micturition or pain starting from loin to groin would indicate urinary problem. If it is radiating to leg it may indicate that yu have some nerve compression or a muscle spasm may sometime cause this type of pain. If it is the first condition make sure you drink plenty of water and get urine tested if indicated. If you feel it like a muscle pull or spasm then i would suggest that you do some light lower back exercises. You can take a muscle relaxant for this. Take more fiber in diet to have good bowel habits.
If it was related to endometriosis, it won't have any association with movement then.
wish you good health.
