What Causes Severe Pain On The Right Side Of The Groin Area?

I have been having severe pain on my right side in the groin area. I had a colonoscopy 13 days ago. It feels like gas. Today it even affected the top part of my leg. The pain starts usually anywhere from 11-2 pm. When I get home from work, I move my bowels. I usually don t have the pain in the evening. Something just doesn t feel right.
