What Causes Severe Pain In The Shoulder Blade On The Left Side?

I had a reallybad pain in my shoulder blade area on the left side of my back yesterday morning. The pain caused shortness of breath for a little while then eased up, still have quite a bit of soreness like a badly pulled muscle throughout my left side of my chest,

Hi,

You may have muscle spasms. You may take muscle relaxant drug. Physiotherapy is very helpful in this condition. So consult your doctor and go for physiotherapy accordingly.
