What Causes Severe Pain In The Shoulder And Ear?

I have body aches, and very intense pain on top of my shoulders,and in my left ear. I am running a fever...about 99.5-100.2 on and off, with chills much less frequently..It is uncomfortable to inhale or exhale deeply, but I don t head or chest congestion. When I get up to walk, my upper body aches, and my symptoms have slowly been getting worse for the last 5 days. Yesterday I went to bed at 7pm and slept until 7am today.I don t know if it is related, but I was recently asked to change one of my prescriptions from atorvastatin to crestor...I do feel slightly better today, but am concerned about what I have

Hi

Fever for more than 3 days should be investigated with blood tests.Complete blood count,blood sugar,widal for typhpid,malaria tests and other fever common in your area should be tested for.
