What Causes Severe Pain In The Right Side Of The Head?
Ive had severe pain throughout my head on the right side the past 5 days . Now I m hearing echoing and everytging sounds robotic and loud in my right ear. It feels like a lot of pressure throughout my head. Could you tell me if this just a migraine or an oncoming stroke?

The symptoms are consistent with common causes like migraine or tension headache, as a first line management you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
