What Causes Severe Pain In The Ribs While Suffering From Myelofibrosis?

I am a 54 yr old female diagnosed with myelofibrosis age 27. I am experiencing severe pain with my spleen, back and ribs. Very tender even to the touch. I m also experiencing pain in my right elbow and shoulder. Stabbing pain. I m also experiencing severe constipation. Are these the symptoms of late stage myelofibrosis? I ve had night sweats and fatigue for years but nothing like this. Do you think it may be time to seek treatment?

take second opinion on your problem and confirm diagnosis before going for treatment. for constipation drink morewater and take fiber rich food. cantakedisolved husk of isof gul at bedtime.some time can take cremafin at bedtime. take bland diet fruits and vegetable/
