What Causes Severe Pain In The Neck, Shoulders And Back?

Hi, I am a transplant recipient, and have had sever pain in my neck, shoulders, back and feel weak constantly. I have seen a chiropractor for 3 years, and a acupuncture for one year. I need help in finding if there is relief for me? I cannot work due to my pain level.

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
The pains you have could be bony( weakness ( calcium, Vitamin D , hormones ), degenerative changes in spine or disc leading to muscular weakness or irritation & or nerve pinching, irritation , compression in origin.
Blood calcium & vitamin D levels, MRI - would help in pin pointing the cause followed by needful treatment with calcium , vitamin D or anbolic steroid supplements / oral anti inflammatory drugs, nerve sedatives like Pregbalin/ local steroid injection/ physiotherapy or surgery.
Please consult a neurosurgeon.
