What Causes Severe Pain In The Neck And Head?

I have a massive headache since march 16 with a neck ache. I went to the er last night and they didn t find anything. They said I might have to have an MRI. I haven t been able to hardly turn my head to the right since the neck problems started and I don t think I hit my head. I am very tired all of the time also

You may be suffering from cervical spondylosis,gofor x-ray cervical spine Lateral view and adopt Yoga.just do cervical exercise and go for physiotherapy.may need muscle relaxant like Cipzox and local inflammatory gel.use hard bed and low pillow.may need MRI if not relieved.
