What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Right Side Of The Stomach?
My son is having pain in the lower right side of his stomach and also lower back. He also has a small bump on his left testicul, which the doctor did not seem concerned about. He was running a fever, but not now. Should we take him to er? He has no insurance at this time.
Dear; thanks for using our service, I read your question in detail and will try to help you. Pain in the lower right side of the abdomen and lower back could be related to multiples causes as intestinal gas, kidney stone and irritable bowel syndrome, just to mention few possibilities. He has a lesion in his left testicle which should be evaluated with a testicular ultrasound to check if a cyst or a solid lesion. The reason for the fever is not clear, so that might be related to any of the complaints. It is difficult to determine if the fever is from the right side abdominal pain or the testicular problem. I dont think that you need to take him to ER but needs a physician evaluation in a regular visit. I hope my advise has been helpful Dr.Sara
