What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Legs After Walking For A While?
INTENSE PAIN MAINLY IN THE LOWER LEGS WHEN WALING EVEN A VERY SHORT DISTANCE SEVERE MUCLE CRAMPS IN THE HANDS,FEET,LEGS AND AROUND THE RIBS ALSO A SHARP PAIN OCASSIONALY IN THE BACK OF THE TONGUE.I ALSO HAD A SEVERE NECK INJURY OVER 45 YEARS AGO AND AM STILL IN CONSTANT PAIN.

It can be a sign of peripheral vascular disease. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. Consult a general surgeon and plan for an arterial Doppler.
