Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My partner has great pain comming from his left testicle going up his groin adnomen. He sufferes erectile difficulties and his ejaculation is much less. His left testicle had shrunk dramatically, almost half the size of the right. there is no blood in his urine but does have difficulty in uriniating at times.
hai, As from your complaint it seems to be an abnormality in testis and other related organ(epdidymis, prostate etc) pain radiating from testis to groin and difficulty in urinating indicates some problem in the urethral path. left testis got shrunk in size possibly it got atrophied. in condition like viral infection, injury to the groin area, blood flow interruption to the testis can cause atrophy.
I advise to do ultrasound and kindly consult an urologist for further management.
thank you hope i answered your query.
