What Causes Severe Pain In The Left Temple?

For the last couple of weeks, my left temple hurts...feels like it bruise when I touch it. Now, when I breathe, I feel a pain traveling through my left nostril and straight to my left temple...which is also causing pain to left eye and the left side of my face. What could this be?

I can understand your concern.
You are having left sided nose, eyes, temple pain.
This is seen with migraine and left sided sinusitis.
So better to first consult ENT doctor and get done clinical examination of sinuses and CT scan of left paranasal sinuses. If CT scan is normal then no need to worry for sinusitis.
Possibility of migraine like headache is more.
So drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Avoid excessive sun exposure. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours. Take propranolol and flunarizine combination before bed.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
