What Causes Severe Pain In The Knees?

My knee feels like its going to explode when i kneel in the back and enrire knee cap and sometimes just when bending started about week ago, also my calf and hamstring are very tight, i spent a couple weekends kneeling pulling out carpet and plsnting flowers its fine walking, more worried about dvt 55 yrs old female 155 lbs 5 4

Hello,

You must decrease your weight. You have anterior pelvic tilt because of that your hamstring and calf muscles are very tight. You have to work on your posture.
