What Causes Severe Pain In The Knee While Kneeling Down?
When I kneel or push on the bottom of my knee cap I have shooting pain to the outside area just below the joint. It is tender to the touch but does not feel swollen but is warm. I have recently started a twice a week exercise program that has some running, squats, lunges, etc. The knee is not sore to run, squat, lunge etc. only when touched.
