I have been experiencing severe pain in my right heel for approximately 5 weeks now. I didn t step on anything, I didn t start wearing any new shoes, I didn t fall or twist my foot in any way. It just started hurting one day and hasn t stopped. If I press on it, it hurts even more. It s hard to walk on it.
You have problem of severe pain at heel that may be because of planter fasciitis problem. In planter fasciitis inflammation of planter fascia occurs so pain while working.
Overweight or too much pressure may cause pain at heel . Heel spur in which overgrowth is bone occurs that lead to this type of symptoms. Heel x ray helpful for further diagnosis.
Tendon injury may cause pain at heel area. Heel bursitis may ruled out. Consent a physician for further diagnosis. Proper history and physical examination give exact idea.
